The Department of Defense, through the Department of the Air Force’s FA4407 375 CONS LGC, is seeking a total small business set-aside for the procurement and installation of brand-name ALLSTEEL office furniture for the TCJ6 Directorate at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. The requirement covers a complete single-lot solution that includes furniture items such as desks, lateral files, storage cabinets, and chairs, along with delivery, assembly, installation, and removal of debris and packaging. The furniture must be manufactured by ALLSTEEL, be fully compatible and interchangeable with the existing systems, and match the current fabric, design, and finish in Building 1900E, Room 268; the acquisition will use simplified acquisition procedures under commercial-item rules and be evaluated on a lowest-price technically acceptable basis for a firm-fixed-price award. Completion of delivery and installation is projected no later than August 31, 2026, with an anticipated award date of June 4, 2026, and responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal for consideration.
