N055--FLOORING INSTALLATION

The Department of Veterans Affairs, through Network Contract Office 5 for the VA Maryland Health Care System, is conducting a sources sought market research notice to identify capable sources for flooring installation services. The work is for the Baltimore VA Medical Center and associated facilities in Loch Raven and Perry Point, and it is intended to support a Blanket Purchase Agreement for a base year with four option years. The scope is a turn-key flooring solution that includes demolition, removal, disposal, and installation of flooring components such as carpet tile, vinyl sheet tile, resinous epoxy, cove base, flash cove, corners, and transition strips, with the current flooring described as being in systemic failure and affecting safety and health. Interested vendors are being asked to provide business and socio-economic information, UEI, capability statements, prior experience, GSA schedule information if applicable, and estimated pricing for market research purposes only, with responses due by 1:00 PM EDT on June 5, 2026 by email to Charles.willis@va.gov.
