ZFW Cafeteria and Vending Services
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Federal Aviation Administration is seeking a qualified contractor to operate and manage cafeteria and vending services at the Fort Worth Air Route Traffic Control Center in Texas. The selected operator must provide full-counter hot food services Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., alongside continuous 24/7 cashless vending options for approximately 319 facility employees. Under a zero-dollar contract structure, the operator will receive rent-free space, utilities, and existing government equipment, but must manage daily food preparation, routine kitchen maintenance, and staff background checks. Proposals will be evaluated based on the operator's company summary, a proposed menu with tentative pricing, and past experience in similar facilities. Proposals must be submitted via email to Noah Laduca and Jennifer Davis by September 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM CT for a five-year period of performance starting December 1, 2026.
