Bulk Showers Delivery and Service

This Sources Sought notice (Notice ID: W912CN-26-M-MC01), issued by the 413th CSB, RCO-HI, conducts market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing contingency bulk mobile shower delivery services at Schofield Barracks in Oahu, Hawaii. The government intends to procure these services on a competitive basis and will use the responses to determine if the acquisition should be set aside for small businesses. The contractor must provide, deliver, install, and service mobile shower facilities/trailers to support approximately 160,000 personnel. Requirements include supplying potable water, direct-fill services, greywater removal and disposal, and providing backup generator support. The contractor must guarantee a three- to four-hour response time for shower trailers and ensure compliance with daily Hawaii Department of Health sanitation standards and DBIDS base access clearance. Interested parties must submit a capability statement of no more than five pages by September 16, 2026, at 1:00 PM HST. Submissions must be emailed to Contract Specialist Maletta A. Capability statements must detail the vendor's company profile, operational capacity and fleet size, relevant past performance, Hawaii Department of Health potable system compliance, and a non-binding rough order of magnitude (ROM) pricing estimate.
