Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Defense Health Agency, part of the Department of Defense, is seeking information on psychological assessment tools and a delivery platform to standardize and improve enterprise-wide mental health assessment services. The scope is a centrally managed capability for administering, scoring, reporting, and allocating access to psychological tests across more than 100 Military Treatment Facilities worldwide, including instruments for PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance use, personality, memory and learning, autism spectrum, and cognitive functioning. The opportunity emphasizes HIPAA compliance, DoD cybersecurity requirements, centralized license and subscription management, usage reporting, version control, and support for a decentralized allocation model, while the attached assessment catalog reflects a broad inventory of tools used by MTFs across autism, ADHD, neurological, cognitive, psychological, memory, language, and educational domains.
