The General Services Administration’s Public Buildings Service is seeking to lease office space in Little Rock, Arkansas, to replace space the government currently occupies under an expiring lease. The requirement is for 3,800 to 4,200 ABOA square feet of office space with 16 total parking spaces, including 16 reserved secured spaces. The space must be within the stated Little Rock delineated area, located 5 to 10 miles from Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, fully serviced, outside the 1-percent and 0.2-percent annual chance floodplain, and able to meet fire safety, accessibility, seismic, sustainability, physical security, and Section 889 requirements.
