DeCA is seeking innovative commercial solutions to deliver comprehensive preventative, unscheduled, and 24/7/365 emergency maintenance. Key objectives include ensuring continuous operations, preventing inventory loss, establishing rapid on-site emergency response, utilizing transparent fixed-price quoting, and leveraging Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
