Regions 01 and 02 A&E Services

This document, an amendment to the Region 01 and Region 02 Architecture and Engineering (A&E) IDIQ, addresses contractor questions and government responses regarding an upcoming pre-solicitation for AE Facilities Services. The USDA Forest Service Northern Region (Region 1) and Rocky Mountain Region (Region 2) are seeking Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Facilities Design Services through multiple Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantities (IDIQ) contracts. The services, primarily for new construction, maintenance, and renovation of Forest Service facilities, will cover architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, geotechnical, and landscape design, as well as inspection and construction management. Approximately 14 small businesses, under NAICS codes 541330 and 541310, will be selected based on professional qualifications, specialized experience, capacity, past performance, and geographical location. The five-year contracts will involve task orders for projects across Montana, North Dakota, Idaho, Washington, South Dakota, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Kansas. Firms must demonstrate qualifications, including LEED and Green Globes expertise, and submit SF330s and a 20-page qualification statement by June 15, 2026.
