The Department of Defense, specifically the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Jacksonville District, intends to procure a submersible electric pump rated for 20cfs at 13.03 feet Total Dynamic Head (TDH) on a sole-source basis from MWI Corporation. This procurement involves the manufacture, testing, warranty, and delivery of a pump constructed entirely of duplex stainless-steel Type 316, which must be compatible with existing custom-fabricated pump cans at the S-703 pump station located at the SFWMD Homestead Field Station. The selected manufacturer will be responsible for providing a fixed cost, a technical summary, and a five-year warranty, with a performance period of 312 days from the Notice to Proceed.
