Portland District Intent to solicit directly to the Oregon State Police (OSP)

The Department of Defense, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), intends to negotiate a contract with the Oregon State Police (OSP) for law enforcement services at project sites within the Willamette Valley and Rogue River Basin. This procurement aims to ensure the enforcement of civil and criminal laws on public lands, waters, roads, and trails managed by USACE, particularly during peak visitation periods, thereby maintaining public safety and protecting national interests. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) single source procurement, with a base year starting on July 1, 2026, and two optional additional years, and interested parties may submit capability statements to Raymie Briddell at raymie.l.briddell@usace.army.mil by February 27, 2026.
