USDA-RD Finance Office Support

The USDA Rural Development Finance Office (FO) is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to gather industry feedback for an upcoming multi-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). This BPA will provide support for report generation, process automation, process improvement, and data analysis related to FO responsibilities such as Budget Formulation, Budget Execution, Credit Reform Act of 1990 Activities, and Accounting. The RFI seeks information on potential sources' capabilities and experience in these areas, including their use of advanced technologies like Large Language Models and AI. Responses are due by May 22, 2026, and will inform the final Performance Work Statement for the BPA. This is solely a market research tool and not a request for proposal.
