Chief of Mission Residence_Master Bath Refurbishment

The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Lisbon, is planning a procurement for refurbishment of the master bathroom in the Chief of Mission’s Residence. The work is a repair and maintenance project under a firm-fixed-price contract. Award is expected to go to the lowest-priced technically acceptable or best-value responsible offeror, and the Government may make award based on initial offers without discussion. The solicitation is not yet available and will be posted on SAM.gov when released; a pre-quotation conference is planned, firms must have SAM registration as required, and questions can be directed to Ana Paula Saint Aubyn or Aleksandar Gajdov at the embassy procurement section.
