Construction services for residential bathroom renovation

The U.S. Department of State, through the U.S. Embassy in Prague, is seeking a contractor to fully renovate a master bathroom at residential properties in Prague 6-Nebusice, Czechia. The work includes selective demolition, replacement of tiling, plumbing, lighting fixtures, and associated accessories, along with the complete bathroom renovation. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision, comply with Czech National Standards or U.S. codes and standards whichever is more stringent, and be registered to do business in the Czech Republic; work is to start only after notice to proceed and be completed within 15 days of award.
