Viewpoint Software License and Maintenance

This Performance Work Statement outlines the requirements for a contractor to provide an OB/GYN comprehensive patient and exam data software license, maintenance, and technical support services for Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC). The contractor is responsible for furnishing all software, services, and deliverables, including a scalable ultrasound IT solution that allows for recording, archiving, and easy access to patient information. Key responsibilities include 24/7/365 remote troubleshooting and technical support, automatic delivery of software upgrades and updates, and immediate patch notifications. The software must be compatible with Microsoft Windows 11 and/or Windows Server 2019/2022, integrate with network computers and scopes, and ensure interoperability with GE Healthcare's Viewpoint software. The contractor must also comply with stringent federal regulations regarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Protected Health Information (PHI), the Privacy Act, FOIA, and HIPAA. This includes mandatory training, adherence to Business Associate provisions, and strict breach response protocols. Furthermore, the contractor is prohibited from employing individuals or entities excluded from participation in federal health care programs.
