The Defense Information Systems Agency, on behalf of the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility, is soliciting a virtual reality training system for a Turbine Marine Inc. portable gas turbine generator. The contractor must design, program, and test a secure, multi-user virtual reality software application and deliver five brand-name-or-equal HTC Vive Focus Vision virtual reality headsets with associated hardware and user training. Work spans a one-year base period for software delivery, followed by two option years covering cloud solution hosting and hardware and software maintenance. To be eligible for award under this service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside, offerors must meet Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification Level 2 requirements and submit proposals to Renee Fletcher by the September 10, 2026, deadline.
