Sector Humboldt Bay Grounds Maintenance Service

The work includes personnel, management, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, transportation, and routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, leaf removal, and sweeping. The service covers a 13-acre complex in McKinleyville, California, with about 8 acres requiring maintenance, and mowing is to occur twice monthly with specified height requirements and immediate clipping removal.
