Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, through Ginnie Mae’s Office of Enterprise Data and Technology Solutions and Enterprise Data Solution Division, is conducting market research for Optimizing Data & Intelligence Services to support its enterprise data and intelligence needs. The work is aimed at strengthening Ginnie Mae’s data foundations, governance, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities, including program coordination, a data services catalog and policy development, and data product innovation and literacy support. The effort is expected to be performed through task orders under a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, with the contractor providing facilities and equipment, following federal, HUD, and Ginnie Mae requirements, and submitting a Quality Control Plan. HUD will assess market capability to deliver services at the required scope and scale, manage performance and staffing, and support a performance-based service acquisition contract, with the possibility of a small-business set-aside, full and open competition, or multiple awards.
