Tonto Culvert Order
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service is soliciting quotes for the procurement of corrugated metal culvert pipes and associated hardware to support road maintenance and drainage infrastructure resilience in the Tonto National Forest. The contractor will be required to manufacture, supply, and deliver galvanized corrugated steel pipe arches, reroll bands with gaskets, and coupling hardware to the Payson Administrative Site Road Crew Workstation in Arizona. Deliveries must be completed within 30 days of contract acceptance, and the contractor must provide their own offloading mechanism, such as a truck-mounted forklift, to unload the materials at the delivery site. Award of the firm-fixed-price contract will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable quote. Offers, including a technical proposal, price proposal, and a Made in America certificate, must be submitted via email to Thomas Wolterman at thomas.wolterman@usda.gov by September 22, 2026, at 17:00 ET.
