Bathroom Renovation of Building 181 and 660

The Department of the Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, is seeking a contractor for the bathroom renovation of Buildings 181 and 660. The selected contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, insurance, supervision, transportation, and permits required to complete the renovations in accordance with the Statement of Work and drawings. This project is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 236220 with a size standard of $45 million, and the government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.
