The Army Contracting Command–Aberdeen Proving Ground, Huachuca Division, Bravo Branch, is seeking information from industry for an enterprise governance, data tagging, and records management solution for the Army’s Microsoft 365 environment. The requirement is for a mature, scalable COTS solution that can enforce policy, automate administration and records tasks, and support delegated administration across Major Commands. The work centers on enterprise governance, sensitivity and retention tagging, automated records lifecycle management, SharePoint and Teams workspace management, storage optimization, and backup and restore, with an emphasis on integration with Microsoft Purview and SharePoint and on implementation, configuration, and sustainment details. The government indicates a preference for remote CONUS-based performance with some travel to Fort Huachuca, Arizona, and wants respondents to address vendor access models, security compliance, logging, reporting, and related technical questions.
