Contract Opportunity Analysis
The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences is seeking a contractor to provide chemistry support for its Division of Translational Toxicology. The work includes chemistry research and development services for DTT and NTP programs, such as test article procurement and handling, characterization, formulation, analysis of biological and environmental matrices, omics analyses, in vitro assays, ADME/TK studies, and medium- to high-throughput support for toxicity screening. The acquisition is a full and open competition for a single cost-plus-fixed-fee contract, with a 12-month base period and nine option periods, and performance is in the United States. The RFP is expected to be posted on SAM.gov within 15 calendar days of the notice, and proposals are due on or about July 20, 2026.
