The Department of Defense, through the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA/DITCO Europe), is issuing a Request for Quotation under solicitation number HC102126QA101 to start a 10GB commercial circuit Intra-Europe. The selected Telecommunication Provider will be responsible for delivering and maintaining this commercial circuit, with quoted prices structured by Monthly Recurring Charges and Non-Recurring Charges. To qualify, providers must possess a current signed DITCO Basic Agreement and register under the appropriate NAICS codes, with source selection evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable process.
