The U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service is seeking a firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract for the procurement of 6,000-pound capacity cargo swivels and 12-foot lead lines for national incident support caches. The selected contractor will manufacture and deliver these components according to strict technical specifications, which include specific ultimate strength thresholds, corrosion resistance, and mandatory proof and first-article testing. Deliveries will be issued via individual orders with a performance period running through December 31, 2030, and the primary place of performance or delivery will be nationwide National Incident Support Cache locations, with first-article testing conducted in Missoula, Montana. Proposals will be evaluated under commercial procedures, with award made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer with acceptable or neutral past performance.
