Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, through the Department of the Navy’s Military Sealift Command in Norfolk, is seeking Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) afloat operations and sustainment support for the MSC fleet. The work covers technical support for shipboard C4 capabilities, operation and sustainment of MSC Network Operations Centers and Mobile Expeditionary Communication Kits, and support for future C4 capabilities at Navy Fleet Network Operation Centers. The effort includes program management, knowledge management, cybersecurity, maintenance and sustainment, modernization, equipment and asset management, training, incident response, Tier II and III support, continuous monitoring, and failover capabilities, with travel both CONUS and OCONUS anticipated. This is a Special Notice under a total small business set-aside, with performance in Norfolk, Virginia.
