6515--SCRPITPRO System Windows 11 Upgrade - Pharmacy, CLE

The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System (VANEOHS) Pharmacy Service requires a proprietary upgrade to Windows 11 for its ScriptPro SP Central Pharmacy Management System. This upgrade is necessary because Windows 10 support ends in October 2025. ScriptPro USA, Inc. holds the proprietary rights to the software and equipment, making them the sole provider for this purchase, installation, and upgrade. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, intends to award a sole source contract to ScriptPro USA Inc. for a Windows 11 operating system upgrade on the ScriptPro SP Central Pharmacy Management System across five VISN 10 sites.
