This market research effort seeks to determine the availability of both small and large businesses to meet technical requirements under NAICS code 334513 (Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables). This notice is for informational and planning purposes only and does not constitute a formal solicitation or a promise of a future contract. Interested vendors must submit their company information, System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), a proposed technical solution, a budgetary estimate including delivery to Arnold AFB, and an estimated delivery timeline. This federal procurement document outlines the technical specifications for nine (9) commercially available dew point hygrometers. The required equipment must utilize a primary-method, multi-stage chilled mirror sensor to deliver drift-free, continuous dew/frost point temperature measurements. Key technical requirements include a 19-inch rack-mountable console, support for remote sensor installation up to 250 feet, a chromium mirror surface, and a minimum 95 °C cooling depression capability. The hygrometers must cover a dew/frost point range of −70 °C to +95 °C with an accuracy of ±0.2 °C or better.
