Noyo Maintenance Dredging and Jetty Repair Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Department of the Army, is conducting a sources sought market research effort for the Noyo Maintenance Dredging and Jetty Repair Project in California. The work covers maintenance dredging of the Noyo Harbor Channel and repair of the Noyo Harbor North Jetty, including removing armor stone, dredging to the required depth, disposing of dredged material at a nearshore site, and rebuilding and repairing jetty elements with new high-density stone and concrete walkway repairs. The government is looking for firms with the capability to perform the dredging and jetty repair as a single consolidated effort, complete the work within the environmental window from 1 July 2027 to 15 October 2027, and demonstrate recent comparable experience; the estimated cost range is $5 million to $10 million.
