Contract Opportunity Analysis
The American Battle Monuments Commission is seeking sources-sought information for Global Enterprise Mobility Services to support its worldwide operations with cellular services. The scope covers enterprise voice, data, and messaging for about 200 lines across ABMC’s 17 countries of operation, including plans for voice and SMS/MMS, voice with data and SMS/MMS, tethering, data only, and temporary additional services. Key requirements include global roaming, multi-carrier access, a secure management portal, detailed billing, compatibility with ABMC-furnished devices, and compliance with C-SCRM and Section 889, with evaluation focused on technical capability, management, transition planning, past performance, and price and a preference for a single award covering all locations. This is an RFI only with no contract award at this stage; performance is in France, and vendors should submit a brief capabilities statement identifying which locations they can and cannot service to Jessica Young at youngj.ctr@abmc.gov.
