Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Defense, through the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), is seeking proposals for the provision of weaponeering courses and associated materials for fiscal years 2026 and 2027. The procurement includes two sessions of the "Introductory to Weaponeering Course," one session of the "Advance Weaponeering Course," and various instructional materials, including books, all of which must be delivered in compliance with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). These courses are critical for maintaining instructional consistency and quality in military training, covering essential topics such as weapon effects and target engagement techniques.
