Custodial Services at NM009 and NM017

The Department of Defense, through the Department of the Army’s W6QM MICC Ft McCoy (RC), is seeking a total small business set-aside contract for custodial services at two Army Reserve Centers in New Mexico. The contract calls for all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision, and other items needed to provide custodial support at NM009 in Santa Fe and NM017 in Las Cruces in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and solicitation terms. The work is for a non-personal services contract in the janitorial services category, with the amendment updating Attachment 02, the Task and Frequency List. The period of performance is 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027, with four 12-month option periods and a six-month option to extend services.
