Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Atlantic is seeking an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity architect-engineer contract for Air Installations Compatible Use Zones (AICUZ) and Range Air Installations Compatible Use Zones (RAICUZ) studies, along with other encroachment management and readiness sustainment compatibility-related services. The work includes noise studies, airfield and range safety studies, Encroachment Action Plans, and compatibility outreach materials. The contract is intended primarily for the Continental United States but is applicable worldwide, with a one-year base period and four one-year options; evaluation will consider specialized experience, professional qualifications, past performance, quality control, program management, commitment to small businesses, and volume of work. Responses are due June 4, 2026, at 2 PM local time, and the maximum fee is $15,000,000.
