Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Navy, on behalf of the Marine Forces Reserve Regional Contracting Office, is seeking industry capability statements and rough order of magnitude pricing for conference facility, lodging, catering, and audiovisual support services. The selected contractor will support a Marine Forces South official conference in the New Orleans, Louisiana metropolitan area from November 4 to 7, 2026. Deliverables include a primary conference room for 120 attendees, one breakout room for 30 guests, dedicated 100 Mbps wireless internet, a block of 80 lodging rooms, daily catering, and an evening social event. Technical performance will be monitored based on AV response times, internet uptime, housekeeping, catering punctuality, and lodging availability. Industry capability statements and pricing questions must be submitted to Robert Siewert and Oscar Quintana by 12:00 PM CST on August 18, 2026.
