The Government intends to negotiate solely with Mathworks, Inc under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). The only supplier of Matlab licenses and non-MathWorks tools for execution of code written for Matlab. The NAICS Code is 541519 and the Small Business Size Standard is Small Business Set-Aside.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
