The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-26-G-1002 with The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO, to procure NVIDIA Graphics Processors in support of the F/A-18 E/F and EA-18G aircraft programs.

The period of performance for this effort will be 90 days from award.

This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements".
