Servoturn 410 NC Conventional Lathe, brand name or equal

The US Coast Guard Base Kodiak is procuring a Servoturn 410 NC Conventional Lathe, brand name or equal. The contractor must supply one lathe unit that meets or exceeds the brand-name specifications, including a 460vac, 3-phase, 20amp power supply, power cross-slide feed, a longitudinal and pass-through chuck, and equivalent working dimensions and spindle speeds. Delivered equipment must be shipped to USCG Base Kodiak Shipping and Receiving Building 26 in Kodiak, Alaska, under a firm-fixed-price structure. Contract award will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation of the received quotes. Vendors must submit their quotes to Robbin Kessler at robbin.m.kessler@uscg.mil by September 10, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Alaska time, with any questions due by September 8, 2026.
