US Special Operations Command’s Naval Special Warfare Command is conducting a total small business set-aside sources sought notice to gauge market capability for supplying air gases in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The requirement covers procurement, refilling, and maintenance of specified compressed gases, including aviator’s breathing oxygen, helium-oxygen mix, nitrogen, argon, acetylene, mixed calibration gases, ultra-high-purity hydrogen, and nitrox blends, along with certification paperwork and disposal of condemned cylinders. Vendors must meet the listed military and commercial specifications, support one-week turnaround for refills and delivery, allow pickup and return or one-for-one cylinder swaps, and maintain 16 cylinders at the Portsmouth facility for swap support.
