J&A Erbil/Syria - Amendment to Extend 6 Months

The Department of Defense, through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA Energy), is issuing an amendment to extend the Justification and Approval (J&A) for the procurement of fuel supplies, specifically Diesel Fuel, Midgrade Unleaded Gasoline, and Aviation Fuel (JP8), for an additional six months due to unusual and compelling urgency. This procurement is being conducted on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2, highlighting the critical need for these fuel supplies in support of operations in Erbil, Iraq.
