Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 4 Prototype Request for Solutions
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army is seeking prototype solutions for Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 4 under a federal contract/Other Transaction effort to develop an affordable, cost-effective missile capability. The work calls for a full end-to-end solution that is MOSA-compliant, compatible with the M142 launcher, and capable of engaging moving maritime and relocatable land targets at ranges of at least 1,000 kilometers. The program is structured as a multi-phase competition with evaluation centered on technical performance, schedule, architectural integrity and MOSA conformance, price reasonableness, and the performer’s investment profile; it also requires the solution to be handled physically as unclassified while supporting a mission environment that can process Secret-level information. For current submission logistics, timely offerors must send the requested OCI declaration and mitigation plan by email to the listed Army points of contact no later than 1700 CDT on 2 June 2026, and prior brief submissions are to be uploaded through DoD SAFE using the single searchable PDF format described in the solicitation materials.
