Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is soliciting quotes to secure explosives and associated training materials. The contractor will supply specific quantities of electric caps, nonel shock tubes, lead lines, detonating cords, and sheet explosives to sustain advanced tactical training operations. Deliverables are due 90 days after contract award, and performance will take place from July 13, 2026, through July 14, 2027, at the ATF National Center for Explosives Training and Research at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price contract based on a Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable evaluation. Offerors must submit separate Technical and Pricing Table documents, including completed highlighted solicitation provisions, to Nya Houston at nya.houston@atf.gov and Charles Strickland at charles.strickland_jr@atf.gov.
