Government Owned Pre-Engineered Steel Building Erection

The Department of the Army, through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Fort Worth District, is seeking a contractor to erect a government-owned, pre-engineered steel building at Granger Lake, Texas. The selected contractor must provide all tools, equipment, labor, and supervision to install the metal building system and supply any necessary erection materials not already provided by the government. Key technical requirements include verifying the existing concrete foundation and anchor bolt placements against manufacturer templates, and erecting the structure in accordance with the Metal Building Systems Manual and manufacturer instructions. Work is to be performed at the Granger Lake Office in Granger, Texas, with the solicitation scheduled to be posted on or about August 20, 2026.
