Missouri National Guard Aircraft Tug

The Department of Defense, on behalf of the Missouri Army National Guard, is issuing a pre-solicitation notice to procure an aircraft tug. The acquired equipment must be a commercial off-the-shelf aircraft tug capable of towing 60,000 pounds. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside with a place of performance in Jefferson City, Missouri, and the government intends to evaluate offers based on the best value. The Contracting Officer will solicit quotations directly from at least three small business manufacturers or authorized dealers rather than posting a formal solicitation on SAM.gov.
