RFI Transportation Services AS27
Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of the Army, through the 413th Contracting Support Brigade, has issued a Request for Information to identify capable vendors for transportation services during Joint Exercise Angkor Sentinel 2027 in Cambodia. The scope of work requires transporting approximately 100 passengers utilizing climate-controlled large passenger buses and daily support vans, which must include licensed drivers, fuel, insurance, and maintenance. To maximize cost efficiency, the government is seeking feedback on three creative paradigms, including an accordion scaling model, joint-force fleet pooling, and dual-hat crewing with bilingual drivers. Services are slated to run from February 8 to February 28, 2027, primarily around Phnom Penh, Kampong Speu, and the Multinational Peacekeeping Force Training Center. Interested vendors must submit capability statements, proof of Defense Base Act insurance, and a cost breakdown structure electronically to SSG Mbawuike Uchechukwu by September 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM Hawaii Time.
