The Defense Logistics Agency Aviation at Philadelphia is seeking to procure encryption-decryption equipment under National Stock Number 0R-5810-017078552-P8. The procurement is for a quantity of seven units of reference number 3392AS612-200. The Government notes that the design of this part is currently unstable, with major contemplated changes expected to render the present configuration obsolete and unusable. Deliveries will be made FOB Origin, and the agency intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.
