Contract Opportunity Analysis
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR), is seeking emergency response wraparound services to prepare for, respond to, and recover from declared public health emergencies and disasters. The selected contractor must establish an Incident Management Team and deliver up to 39 diverse task areas, including medical and non-medical transportation, specialized meals, responder billeting, power generation, waste management, and pharmaceutical supply. The procurement will result in a single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year period of performance consisting of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. Questions must be submitted by September 22, 2020, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time, and final proposals are due by September 24, 2020, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
