NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE

The Department of the Army, on behalf of the 173rd Mission Support Contracting, has issued a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to LBA Technology Inc. for mobile runway lightning rods. The required deliverable is the Portable Lightning Protection System Kit, Part # PLP-38PK-MOB. This proposed contract action will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract based on the determination that only one responsible source can satisfy the agency's requirements. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to Jason Rice at jason.rice.27@us.af.mil referencing Notice ID W50S8Z26Q0014.
