The Indian Health Service’s Gallup Indian Medical Center is conducting a sources sought market research effort for preventative maintenance and services for automatic doors. The work calls for a contractor to provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, and supervision for the automatic door assemblies, including initial inventory and inspection, routine cleaning and lubrication, and unscheduled callback repairs. Performance is to occur at Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico, under a base period plus four one-year option periods, and the work must comply with applicable standards such as ANSI/BHMA A156.10, NFPA 101, and ADA requirements, with rapid response for emergency repairs and coordination to avoid disruption of operations. Interested firms are asked to submit the Buy Indian self-representation form, a statement of intent to bid as prime contractor, UEI and CAGE information, and recent comparable experience so IHS can determine whether the requirement will be set aside for Indian-owned enterprises, small business, or left unrestricted.
