125 STS Human Performance Program

The Oregon Air National Guard, under the Department of Defense, is seeking a total small business set-aside contract to support the 125 Special Tactics Squadron Human Performance Program. The work covers physical therapy and injury management, athletic training, strength and conditioning, and cognitive performance services to help operators stay mission-ready and sustain peak performance. The requirement is focused on optimizing physical and mental readiness, minimizing injury, and improving return-to-duty efficiency at the Portland, Oregon performance location. This is a presolicitation, and a formal solicitation will be posted later with evaluation criteria.
