INDUSTRY DAY FOR MILL SPRINGS MILL RESTORATION

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Nashville District is hosting an Industry Engagement Day for a historic restoration project at Mill Springs Mill in Monticello, Kentucky, scheduled for October 20, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET. The project involves the restoration of the Mill structure, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and must comply with the Historic Preservation Act and the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Rehabilitation. This opportunity is primarily available to holders of the construction DB MATOC, including Geiger Brothers Inc., Howard W. Pence Inc., and Brad Cole Construction Company, but subcontractors interested in joining the MATOC pool are also encouraged to attend.
