Buckley SFB Cooling Infrastructure Repair Parts
Contract Opportunity Analysis
Buckley Space Force Base’s 460th Contracting Squadron, under the Department of the Air Force, is conducting market research for cooling infrastructure repair parts to determine the procurement method for a potential purchase. The requirement covers three material packages: an elbow and pipe repair package, a pipe freezing kit, and a carbon fiber composite reinforcement package for repairing and fortifying the cooling water system at Buckley SFB. The materials must be new, commercial-off-the-shelf items that meet the salient characteristics in the statement of need, including standards such as ASME PCC-2, ISO 24817, and/or ASME B13, with delivery to Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado. Vendors are asked to confirm their fastest delivery time, provide NAICS and warranty information, identify certifications and pre-priced contract vehicles, and respond by email by May 14, 2026; the government also states it needs delivery no later than 14 days after receipt of order.
