The Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, on behalf of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Pittsburgh Mining Research Division, is seeking a complete, firm-fixed-price Computer Numerical Control milling system for rapid prototyping and custom fabrication. This brand-name-only procurement requires the delivery, installation, and setup of a Tormach 1100MX CNC Mill Premium Package, which includes the machine, enclosure, stand, software, accessories, workholding, and tooling. The system must be delivered within 60 calendar days of award to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and be fully installed within another 60 calendar days, supported by a one-year warranty and three years of technical support.
